Cook the Salmon Oil in a pan over medium-high heat until it begins to boil.
Remove the pan from the heat, and add the rest of the ingredients.
Once the pan is boiling, add the spinach and cook until wilted.
Remove from the pan and add remaining ingredients, and simmer until the spinach is wilted and wilted well.
Let the spinach cool for a few minutes, then strain into a blender.
Blend for 10-15 seconds, then transfer to a bowl.
The next step is to rinse the spinach, which will remove any excess water, then drain the spinach in a colander.
Add the remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
Add more salt if necessary.
To serve, drizzle the spinach with the lemon juice and serve immediately.
